In the following centuries the house remains in the possession of the Pertuis family until bankruptcy forces them to sell it to the noble Alexandre de Riolenc de Thoury. Sales, marriages and deaths lead to frequently changing owners in the following years.
It is in 1881 that the Manoir falls into the hands of an old montelienne family, the Rousset. Under Charles Rousset big changes are introduced to the buildings. He transforms the vast agriculturale houses to a beautiful Belle Epoque castle with a classical facade and a light-flooded orangery that opens to the park.
In 1959 Alfred-Hector Baillieux becomes the new owner of the Manoir and in 1959 the eleven-person family Deloye. In 2002 the Lhopital decide to buy the manor and to transform it into a 4-Star-hotel. However, the traditions of the forgone owners have remained : The bell in the court still calls the family for mealtimes and the hotel rooms are named after the children of the Deloye family...
It is not surprising then some conservation programs have become interested in the park and the historical parts of this luxurious house, that didn't lose any of its charm of old...
